Cancellation & Refund/Return/Replacement/ Policy

Sweetnsweets has established a fair and reasonable Refund/Return/Replacement and Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation :

Order Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 6 hours of placing an order.

Customer will get a refund after deducting Service Charges (5%).

However Order can’t be cancelled if order had been dispatched from our side.


Order Cancellation requests will also not be approved for special occasions like Popular religious festivals include the Sikh festivals like Guru Nanak Jayanti and Vaisakhi; Hindu festivals of Makar Sankranti, Maha Shivratri, Janmashtami, Saraswati Puja, Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, Raksha Bandhan, Holi, Durga Puja, Dussehra; Islamic festivals of Eid ul-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Milad un-Nabi, Muharram; Buddhist festivals like Buddha Jayanti and Losar and Christian festivals of Christmas and days of observances such as Good Friday.


Return Policy:

As we deals in perishable products, hence they are non-returnable.


Replacements Policy:

1) If the package received as unsealed or damaged , please report the same to our Customer Support team within 6 hours of receipt of the shipment. The Customer should provide adequate information (including photographs) so Sweetnsweets can take it up with the Courier company ,then will provide 100% refund or we will resend the new package as per customers choice

2) If any of the product is not in good condition please report the same to our Customer Support team within 6 hours of receipt of the shipment. The Customer should provide adequate information (including photographs) so Sweetnsweets can take it up with the Vendor (Seller),then we will process 100% refund/ replacement to the customer in case of a positive decision


For product replacements, the customer will be shipped a new packet of the same product. In case the same product is not available, an equivalent product will be shipped after discussion with the customer.



Refund Policy:

Scenario One:
The Product is delivered at the address given by you but you are not available at the location to accept the delivery.
In such an instance the courier agency attempts the delivery at three different times. Also after each attempt a communication is made to you from us either by SMS or e-mail. After the third unsuccessful attempt the product is returned undelivered to us.
In this scenario, if it is a quickly perishable product then we are forced to destroy it. In which case you shall not have the option of requesting a re-delivery. You shall not be entitled to any refund on any ground whatsoever.

In case of not-so-quickly perishable products, you may request for a re-delivery. In this scenario, a redelivery will be attempted only after you transfer an amount equal to addition of 15% of the product cost plus actual cost of delivery. This amount hereafter for the sake of brevity referred to as ‘re-delivery’ amount shall be communicated to you by us after receipt of your request of redelivery. We will dispatch the product only upon receipt of such amount from you.
In case a refund is requested, the shipping charges for return of the product to shipper will be deducted from the total refund value.
The illustrative list of quickly perishable products and not-so-quickly perishable products is made available in Annexure hereto. However, it is hereby expressly clarified that in a given scenario or a particular case whether a particular product falls under quickly perishable or under not-so-quickly perishable category shall be the decision of the Sweet N Sweets Innovative Pvt Ltd solely and shall be binding on You.

Scenario Two:
In case of delay in delivery of the product by delivery agency/courier Company
It shall not be the responsibility of Sweet N Sweets Innovative Pvt Ltd and you shall directly take up the matter with the designated agency.

Sweetnsweets will usually process refunds within 1-2 business days after a refund request is approved. The request is then passed on to our Payment Gateway partner, they have advised it takes them 7-10 business days to process the refund.
